Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Our usual order processing time is 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. During sales, new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through email or the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated business days and may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other delays outside our control. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays. FiveChiQ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs departments, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

FiveChiQ ships internationally.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or any additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are not controlled by FiveChiQ. We recommend checking your country’s import rules and duty structure before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct at checkout.

FiveChiQ is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return of package due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch. If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier system to refresh.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged packages or damaged products, customers may be required to share clear photos, packaging images, and an unboxing video to help us verify the issue.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within the timeframe mentioned in our Return and Refund Policy.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, packaging requirements, or courier handling.

You will receive tracking details once the order or shipment has been dispatched.

Countries Not Listed at Checkout

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us with the product name, product link, quantity, and your full shipping address.

Our team will review the shipping availability and share the order process, shipping cost, and estimated delivery timeline with you.
