Once a purchase is made through our website, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. The only exception: items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as covered in the Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items section below.

Reason for Policy
This policy exists due to the nature of our products. Imitation jewelry is considered a personal item, and for hygiene and safety reasons, it cannot be restocked or resold once dispatched.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

We take full responsibility for the quality of what we ship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, email us at fivechiq@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
