Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces have a protective anti-tarnish coating. Keep them away from water, perfume and sweat, and store them in the pouch/box provided — the shine lasts much longer.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours from New Delhi. Delivery takes 1–7 business days across India.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping across India, with no minimum order.
Do you offer multi-buy discounts?
Yes! Pick any 2 pieces for 15% off, or 3 or more for 20% off — applied automatically in your bag.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email a photo to fivechiq@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
